It comes … the capital »ß«

The german lower case letter »ß« now has a upper case pendant, formally noted as ISO-10646 and 1E9E in Unicode 5.1. I think this makes no sense because everybody will keep writing »SS« instead of using the new letter. This is again a proof for how narrow-minded Germans can be.
